ragtop69gs Posted September 8, 2014 #1 Posted September 8, 2014 I am thinking about making a quick trip down to Richards Lawn & Garden shop in Spencer, WV. to have some work done on my Gravely tractor transmission and was hoping there is a member somewhere in the area that could offer up a bed for 1 night.
etcswjoe Posted September 8, 2014 #2 Posted September 8, 2014 I know of a few in that area but I think the closest is at least 30 miles away. There is a decent campground right off 77. Ruby Lake campground https://plus.google.com/116011126115905490875/about?gl=us&hl=en
ragtop69gs Posted September 8, 2014 Author #3 Posted September 8, 2014 Thanks Joe, I just got off the phone with Richards and after talking with them I am going to do the parts install here, time consuming job but not too difficult and I'll save $300 in labor. I will have the parts on my door step Thursday. After 41 years my PTO clutch has finally bit the dust and with another winter predicted I need my snow canon snowblower in top notch working condition. Google Gravely 816 snow canon and watch some utube videos,, it;s an awesome setup.
etcswjoe Posted September 8, 2014 #4 Posted September 8, 2014 I was wanting to see pics of you pulling it down to WV on your bike.
