One IT guy's opinion: Every village gets an occasional idiot. As long as each mole is whacked promptly when it sticks it's head up this site won't become known for allowing such behavior and the problem should keep itself to a minimum. The benefit of allowing guests to contact registered members, especially when they've come to this site because of some specific problem, and the prompt friendly response they get, is the best advertising and encouragement to join possible. I've been pestering my eldest son occasionally with the (untrue) idea that the town council calls frequently asking if he's ready to move back. I tell him the village of Flatrock is missing it's idiot.
