putting my pennies together for a motor

a few months back I blew a head gasket. Further inspection shows that there was an incredible amount of rust in the engine. Not worth trying a repair.

Saving some cash to purchase a replacement by Thanksgiving and installing it then. I will be swapping out the upgraded clutch from the toast motor as well as performing the valve adjustment prior to installing.

It's there anything else I should think of replacing?

Also anything I should salvage from the donor engine before scrapping it. I'm taking clutch, valve shims, and faux cooling fins.
