Is there anyone here who lives near to Webster TX that could go check a 2008 RSVS for me Texas Yamaha South has one that they needs repair. I need to know what repairs and how the bike looks otherwise.

I've walked thru his shop and lot some time ago. I reviewed the 16 pictures in detail. Pretty much stock bike, missing cowling screws around gas tank fill cap and looks like inside trunk mounting bolts on back seat. Can't see any obvious needed repairs from the pictures. I would question why he's asking $9,000 lower than KBB retail for a Venture S with 112,000 miles. Drop him an email and ask what repairs he says it needs.

I live about 15min from this dealer. I seen this on their site. Havent had the time to go by and take a look. Cant get by there till this Saturday. I'd call the service manager if you need info sooner.

Thanks Art I had seen the backrest was crooked but missed the other screws. I already sent them an email and called but it must have been after hours.

So I talked to Perry today and he called the dealership. It seems the bike has a blown headgasket and water in the oil. He is going to laook at the bike on Sat to see how it looks in person. Thanks for the help
