Dry rotting

Anyone experiencing the dry rotting of the rubber grommets that protect the body from the antennas? Both mine are beginning to dry rot and will need replacing.

I would think the salt brine and magnesium chloride would have something to do with it.

Mine are in need of replacing also (Hannigan trike). Where do we find them or a substitute??

I have sent 2 emails to Hannigan asking about replacements but have not gotten any replies back yet. Sorry, forgot to mention mine is also a Hannigan conversion done 3years ago.

Most good hardware stores will have grommets that size, that's where I got replacements for ours.

I had to replace both of mine on the trike. Shoot me a pm with your address as I have extras. I had to buy a package of them. A dozen maybe as I can't remember now how many there was in a pack. Anyone else needing some let me know as well.
