midnightrider1300 Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) -- A federal grand jury has handed down indictments in a fatal motorcycle accident in Prentiss County on August 6. Donnie William Sartain, 49, is charged with two counts of DUI-manslaughter and two counts of manslaughter in the deaths of Pauline Demers, 56, and Gerard Nault, 56, of Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. Court documents say Sartain was impaired when he was driving his pickup on the Parkway near mile marker 289 around 4:15 in the afternoon. The truck crossed the center line and collided head-on with a motorcycle with Demers and Nault on board. Sartain is currently free on a $10,000 bond. He will be arraigned on the new charges Wednesday afternoon in U. S. District Court in Oxford. Amazing he KILLED 2 people and is out on $10,000.00 bond...

I suspect at his new arraignment it will be substantially increased or totally revoked!
