Bubber Posted August 21, 2014 #1 Posted August 21, 2014 Well it is time to get excited. PIP is just around the corner, 9 more days I think. Looking forward to seeing old friends, making new ones, telling lies, drinking an adult beverage or two, acting smart, telling lies, oh ya did I mention telling lies? Hope to see you all there safe and sound and hungry. The guest of honor is dying to feed us all. Rumor has it Renate is making something special. I am sure Gary has cleaned out the meeting hall and will have the lawn mowed, rooster butchered and all other thing in order by the time us early arrivers get there, Less work for us. I am claiming the camping spot over in the neighbors yard up near the road. Yah like someone would save it for me. Remember folks drive safe and arrive ready to have fun. I am sure we will be out numbered by those pesky Canadians again they always show up in droves. There must be nobody left in Canada on Labor Day. At least they know how to have fun , or stop at the boarder to buy some. Remember Rick to stop and get a couple of cases of that 64 you like so much. PIP 2014 Bubber PS did someone tell Yooper to show up this year and Slim and Alan and Bob and Pete and Laura, and Sarge and Red (both of them) Phil and the rest of you regulars too.

SO if you bring something, anything, we will have a raffle if you don't that is OK too. It is just that we seemed to have a good time and lots of laughs:rotf: :rotf:doing it so I will leave it to each and everyone one of you to decide. I will be in Sioux Falls SD tomorrow and Thursday then I am heading back to Las Vegas. Maybe I will see some people making the trek up there. I look forward to seeing pictures and hearing the stories that are deemed okay to post on here.

If anyone is having electrical issues (Sarges46), John, the Electrical Engineer who sponsor's a breakfast for us will be in attendance Friday and Sat. For those who have not met John, beside being the foremost forensic automotive electrical engineer in the country, he is one great guy.

I don't want to create work for anyone that is supposed to be having a good time. But, do you think there would be time/ desire to hookup the driving light kit? It supposed to be a big job and has me kinda spooked as I don't really know what end of a screwdriver to use... Russ if you could let me know If its too big a job or not, Ill leave it at home and get it installed if its too much to do for a fun weekend Brian
