Banned message

In the tapatalk app it tells me I am banned but will continue to let me post. As far as I know I should not be banned, the website doesn't tell me this. I paid my subscription and once in a while it tells me this and after the pop up I can go on about my day on here. Anybody have any ideas to fix this?
