CB Questions

Hi guys,

Have some questions:

How do you gain access to the CB?

Are the connections to the CB standard or if I wanted to connect a new antenna to the CB is there an adaptor, if so, what is it. Pictures of one would be great. Thanks David

The CB is located under the trunk. The antenna cable connection at the radio is not standard (Motorola vs RCA). I am not sure about at the base of the antenna.

David, a lot of people cut the connection to old antenna and put a 259 connector on the end, if you have a good antenna I would leave it in tact and just make up a new cable with a pl 259 on one end and a motorola plug on the other end. (under the trunk) if you haven't moved the trunk back an inch, this would be a great time to do that.
