Members with family overseas

Hey Y'all,

 

It's been a while since I have been on and posting, life has gotten extremely busy with the household. Some of you know that I belong to my local VFW here in Cleveland. I was actually elected Senior Vice Commander of the post, which is taking a lot of my time....but I digress.

 

One of the Ladies Auxiliary members has asked me to help her with a pet project that she's been doing. She, and several others, have been adopting units overseas and sending them care packages. The unit that she has been assisting now will be rotating out and she wants to continue with this. What I need from y'all is if you have family members just starting a tour or fixing to be heading overseas, to see if they would like to participate in this.

 

What she explained to me of what is required, so to speak, is this:

 

The unit needs to be under 75 people

 

The total # of people needs to be broke down to men/women

 

There needs to be 1 contact person of which whom she can directly correspond with.

That person would not give their rank, just their name with an APO address

 

This person would be in charge of receiving all packages.

 

Also what their duration will be while overseas

 

 

If anyone has a family member that would want to participate, please let me know here and I'll get them in contact with Caroline...appreciate y'all.
