Hannigan fenders for a RSV question

Has anyone tried to put the top rails from the RSV saddlebags on a Hannigan fender. I have a set that I haven't installed and now the bike is being converted. I don't know the curve of the fender yet.

what top rails do you have?

the only rails made for the rsv have been discontinued for several years, but many have used Harley and aftermarket styles with some modifications.

Probably aftermarket, still wondering if they might fight. This link is an active one, but it is just like the one I bought last year.

they are sold at jcwhitney also and I think with a little tweeking they may be installed, but I am not sure.

I have them on my saddlebags. The front bolt is at a funny angle. I would say that they will not fit with out bending the front leg further forward. That may damage the chrome plating.

No the saddlebag top rails will not fit, at least the ones I have. Fender curve nowhere near what is needed to mount the rails.
