My 08 was recently totaled by the insurance company. And I was very saddened to see her go. But the one I replaced her with is also a 2010. I was not nearly as fortunate as you and I am jealous but at least I got a year of warranty. As much as I liked the gray of the 08 I think I like the 10 better. The graphics really set it off. So while I am still recovering from my crash and I am also transferring accessories from my old bike. It is exciting and I am anxious to get back in the saddle. Ride safe and enjoy your new bike.

Sorry about your wreck and loss but things can be replaced lives can't. hope your recovery is going good...

 

wish I could have kept the seats off my old bike I had just got them BUTLERIZED in April... but i don't think that would work being the old bike was a midnight...

 

I will still have to add a few things to mine....trailer hitch, old 1 was home made & I wanted a receiver type, I also want the saddle bag guards is about it, gonna leave it as stock as I can..

No 2013 has a Cassette deck.

 

That is why they had to stop making them in 2014.....they ran out of Cassette Decks!!

Other than paint, seats, minor changes to mechanical (eg clutch basket is up to an ' i ')...bike hasn't changed since '99. Why mess with near perfection?

 

 

well I was thinking bout painting my old bike, and there were some other minor things, I got a great deal,(wholesale) and boss also told me anything over what he gave for the 05 he would split it with me..oh and 4.5 years of warranty left. bike is only 6 months titled.. I would have liked to waited on the NEW ventures but the price tag was just gonna be MORE than I wold have paid.
