dave_wells Posted July 14, 2014 #1 Posted July 14, 2014 We had a decent turnout in June for our camp out The rides were fun and paced I few people asked about making it an annual event Well I do not want to compete with Freebirds MD in June so I think late Sept or early October when some leaves may be turning cooler temps but not to cold for a tent.( I have a few loaner heaters ) a nice end of the year get together I would like a Friday night cookout everyone bring your favorite camp Recipe followed by a fire ans talk Saturday early up and a light breakfast cook Followed by a ride and diner stop at the wounded goose restaurant Any guitar players want to show I can bring a couple of guitars and we can have some music around the fire , I don't have enough material in my picking arsenal to keep everyone entertained Lets make this happen Lets pick a week that works best for most Will add to the calender next week sometime after some replies
uncledj Posted July 15, 2014 #3 Posted July 15, 2014 I'm definitely interested, but I know the wife wouldn't be too keen on the tent thing. If there's cabins available, that'd definitely improve the odds that we'd show up. If it's a long weekend, we could bring the motorhome and trailer the bike, and I'm sure she'd be up for that. I can give you a better answer once I know the particulars.

IronMike Posted July 15, 2014 #6 Posted July 15, 2014 Got my Trailer! I am in! Whoot! I hope to bring my Turkey Oven if anyone would be interested in seeing that in action. It takes 4 hours to cook one but it has been known to turn people who normally don't like turkey into Turkey eaters. Very moist and flavorful. Ill do EVERYTHING I can to make this it was such a GREAT well put on time last time! THANKS you DAVE for doing it again! Need ANYTHING let me know! Right now I am down to one eye, No joke. RVO, Getting the Shots then the Laser. I think I will get it all back. But I can ride! Easier than drive a car in fact.

Look at the hilltop area Camp Map 90 -96 - 100 should be good for an RV 90 and 100 are ends 96 is the point These are shaded and close to showers they have electric also Lets get some ride suggestions from everyone..
