I smashed a couple. I also have a few that have faded to pink.

Who originally made these accessories?

Can I get replacement lenses?

Originally and still today, those lens are made and marketed by Drag Specialties. Yours are what they call the Baron Mini Twin.

Commonly available.

Here is just one place to get them. Not the only place, though. Check on eBay, Amazon, Cycle Parts, etc.

I wish I could help you as I need some of those lenses also. Mine have gotten faded, but since I now have red LED's installed, it looks OK at night.

I have a buddy who used Testors Candy Apple red model paint to get the red back in his lenses. Works great and is translucent also.

Didn't someome use a dye to make their rear amber turn signals red? Wouldn't that work on the pink too?

At Auto Zone you can get the paint to put on the inside of the lenses to make them alot darker. Other than replacing the cracked ones this will make them like new.
