XV1100SE Posted July 11, 2014 Share #1 Posted July 11, 2014 Wayne (Wizard765) came over last night and I helped him put the engine guard braces on his bike and noticed that he has chrome covers over the bolts I have circled in the picture. Brian That's the dangerous thing about being on this site and meeting members. See what you don't have and then ch-ching... you have it! I never knew I wanted those bolt covers until I saw them on Wayne's bike ! At this point, the only chrome I want is battery side covers. Will go with the flow of shiny parts. I received a response from gearhead.com that they found two dealers that DO have some in stock : Florida - Red Hills Powersports British Columbia - GA Checkpoint http://gacheckpoint.com/ I called GA Checkpoint and sure enough... they had one in stock. Will Purolator it to me and I'll have it on the bike on Wednesday. Thanks again to all for your comments....and to Wayne for showing it to me something on his bike I didn't know I needed ! For anyone looking for OEM discontinued parts... from the response I received from gearhead.com... give them a try. In Canada, GA Checkpoint has a large inventory of parts.
