BMW Posted June 4, 2014 Share #4 Posted June 4, 2014 I've done this run several times, the pancake breakfast before the ride is well worth it. The ride is OK, it used to start in Joliet at the motor speedway which made it a longer ride. Now it starts in Morris and that cut the ride in half. Now I usually just ride with a few others directly to Marseilles, make my donation, check out the vendors, grab some grub, than go to the ceremony. Very emotional! After that the big party starts in the streets of Marseilles, gets pretty wild as the evening goes on.
