Guest HdHtr Posted May 31, 2014 #1 Posted May 31, 2014 08 RSV S. Runs out good, bit loud but if I can get used to riding a 2nd gen I would imagine I can stand the noise. Good deal on it and picked it up in Rockingham and made the 56 miles to home dodging TStorms.
MikeWa Posted May 31, 2014 #2 Posted May 31, 2014 Congrats on your purchase. And grey is the best color. Mike

Guest HdHtr Posted May 31, 2014 #7 Posted May 31, 2014 Sweet ride but it needs more safety chrome... I dunno ... it has too much chrome on it now. I mean, I may have to clean the thing every year or so ...

Dano Posted May 31, 2014 #9 Posted May 31, 2014 Ah, another one has concluded that the '08 RSV S model is the best and safest to ride.... Especially after learnin' that I'm STILL here after taking out an 8 point buck when hitting it with mine!! AND replacing it with another of the same year and model!

Are You coming to The Dalles? Yeah Rick. Fast ehh? Well, I will never forget the time I brought Doris to the hospital on my old 91 to see you after your first 05 RSV midnight went to the junk yard ... she looked at you in your hospital bed and said to you "I got to ride on the fast one" ... the look on your face ... then you hit the morphine pump about 10 times. First gen are fast ... as far as a step stool, these 2nd gens are so squat and low I keep tripping over it when I go out to the garage! Oh, and no, don't think we can make it out. When you guys coming out here??
