BRandx51 Posted May 6, 2014 #1 Posted May 6, 2014 (edited) Hello, new member here, picked up my 07 RSV Friday! I've put 480 miles on it already, I'm loving it. When I got it I noticed some coolant smell when at a stop light et cetera, but thanks to the forum here I quickly found out what it was (plugs on the cylinders) and replaced them myself. (after some freaking over it). Also added a bluetooth receiver for the radio (again great info on taking off the fairing and using the 3.5mm plug aux that goes to the amp) I picked up the Simple Transit BLU, it was very easy to install, and works with RCA jacks ( I used a adapter to go from 3.5 to RCA's) or it can go inline with the antenna or transmit on FM. and it auto syncs whenever it's on. And I plan on getting some more things that I've seen various people recommend on the forums here. I will defiantly be joining after my free trial is up, way to much good info here to NOT do it! My wife is from Caledonia,, real nice folks come from your neck of the woods and your probably one of them so I will give ya a heads up... Some of these yahoo's can be kinda sneaky (Probably what CarbonOne was referring to as "touched") but their bow wow's are worse than their toothless bites :rotf: Have a GREAT summer on that new bike, hope to see you out enjoying it to the fullest!!! I picked it up in Grand Rapids, but I have no idea where it was before that, Though I'm the 2nd owner. 2007 with 32k miles, the story I got was the prior owner was just having to much trouble moving it around since he was older and short so he traded it in on a smaller bike.
