ediddy Posted May 2, 2014 #1 Posted May 2, 2014 Anyone know the yamaha part number for the bolts that hold the windshield in place on an 05 venture. I think there are six. I looked at the part diagram on yamaha site but not sure about which bolt. Thanks.

JerryT Posted May 2, 2014 #4 Posted May 2, 2014 You can get at any ace or other hardware store which keeps metric bolts. I actually changed mine to stainless regular SHCS as I hate button heads when hidden for normal sight. Also went slightly longer to make it easier to put back together.
ediddy Posted May 2, 2014 Author #5 Posted May 2, 2014 Went to dealer, they don't have one in stock. Shock. The did have a container that has different sizes of metric bolts, all stainless steel. There are two in the container that are the same size as the windshiled bolt but the head is a little larger which may be better. Will find out when I get home.
