Here is a thread or post that has a template for making your own. I made mine from a piece of 2" wide 1/8" thick aluminum. Cost almost nothing.

I bought my off of Ebay and they are working great. Same as the template. So if you are handy and have tools and time, use the template. If not, you can find it on Ebay.
