Jack it up to where the rear tire is still touching the floor but not supporting any weight and remove the bolts. You won't be able to pull the bolts as long as there is weight there. You might also jack it up far enough to lay a 2x4 under it with a block to make a lever then let the tire touch the 2x4 lay down beside the bike and use your leg on your lever to move the wheel up and down enough to get the bolts out. Then reinstall shorter links in reverse process using your jack and lever to realign one hole.
