Thanks alot! I didn't know that he was gone, but I'll miss his artwork too.

He did leave a great legacy though. Back in the 70's, I had a place that had 3 bedrooms, one for me, one for my kids and one for my bikes. That room had one wall solid David Mann, easyrider centerfolds.

This slideshow brings back some wonderful memories.

I have a box in the basement with all of those centerfolds. I will resurect that wall in my garage/shop.

Excellent! A very talented artist who captured the chopper riders well. He definitely loved "Ape hangers" on his bike pics. Thanks, I agree, very good choice of song.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane. I can remember picking up Easyriders just to see his artwork. He had a way of evoking the feeling for the open road that is timeless. Just for the record, he passed away on Sept. 11, 2004.
