Wires behind license plate?

Hi all,

What are the wires to in the little beehive thing behind the license plate? I looked at the wiring diagrams but can't seem to settle on what they might be.

 

I am asking because I want to put on some lighted license pate bolts that flash on braking and I'm wondering if a break light wire is there.

Tail Blue

Brake Yellow

Left Turn Chocolate

Right Turn Dark Green

Black ground

thats were i got the power for the trailer wiring,,instead of going n into the main wire harness

Make a Y harness with some bullet connectors and it would be plug n play
