SilvrT Posted April 8, 2014 #1 Posted April 8, 2014 I was dreaming I traded my Vic in on an RSV .... :crying:
Marcarl Posted April 8, 2014 #3 Posted April 8, 2014 So you do have some sense after all,,, they just may be hard to find seems like.
bongobobny Posted April 8, 2014 #4 Posted April 8, 2014 Phew!!! I thought it may have been a nightmare where you actually left Ventureriders...

Of course you know the only way to remedy this nightmare you are living is to do the right thing get rid of the Vic, ugly bike, and get the RSV. Even better replace it with a VR!!
SilvrT Posted April 8, 2014 Author #6 Posted April 8, 2014 AHHHHHH......The subconscious mind finally reveals what your heart really desire!!!! Of course you know the only way to remedy this nightmare you are living is to do the right thing get rid of the Vic, ugly bike, and get the RSV. Even better replace it with a VR!! I think what I need to get rid of is those pics I have of my RSMV (that I keep looking at) LOL Truthfully, if that bike had the balance and nibleness of the Vic and that frikken clutch basket whine was non existant, I would probably still have it. That is not to say I'm not happy with my Vic ... as the saying goes, "things happen for reason's".
Huggy Posted April 8, 2014 #7 Posted April 8, 2014 The bike wine is there to do two things!! 1 To keep you from falling asleep while riding! 2 To warn everyone you are on the road!
SilvrT Posted April 9, 2014 Author #9 Posted April 9, 2014 And that Cassette player is to die for.... ahhhh yes, I do miss that cassette player ... well, not the player itself but the hole where I mounted my gauges .... but wait!!! ... I have a TACH! Who needs those gauges! hmmmm... guess I don't really miss it after all
BigLenny Posted April 9, 2014 #10 Posted April 9, 2014 God, Please let Yamaha come out with a brand new "water cooled" touring machine in the near future so we can shut SilverT's pie hole. Please?
saddlebum Posted April 9, 2014 #11 Posted April 9, 2014 the whine is there to let people know your coming so they are not frightened when you come up from behind ad blow by them. Its the closest thing to a siren that Yamaha could install without breaking any laws.
