A friend of mine had a garden hose over his toilet, and made his own phone answering message...

 

His message started by him saying:

Ah, hold for a minute please, and then the water would begin.. running in the toilet and it would run, and run, and run and run..the water would slow down, then you heard him grown, then poot, and then the water would begin again and run, and run, then slow down, you hear the last few drops, and then you hear the toilet flush. The he says: Oh, I'm not available right now so please leave a number and Ill call you back..
