Few years ago I pull in from a longgggg day on the road out buyin,, had a 41 Indian Chief BASKET case,, and I mean BASKET CASE,, stacked on the trailer and stuffed in the car.. Hunks of frame hangin here,, rims and tires tied on there... My warden says,, what cha gonna do with pile a junk,, I says,, dat aint no pile of junk - THAT is a 41 Indian!! What did ya pay for it she says,, $1800 bucks says I,, turned a little green she did, (always lived by the "easier to ask forgiveness than permission,, she has put up with a LOT) calmed down later when she was helping count the 10 grand I got out of it with doing no more than hauling it home..

Good Wardens are hard to find and that Tippy,, SHE is a GOOD warden!!!

Hang in there Shmily,, FLyinfool is almost out of ammo and summer is almost here!! Looking forward to many longgg distance rides this year and I/we have plans of meeting a whole bunch of new folks this year (gotta be new ones cause most folks that have met me RUN - I blame that on the ratty old bikes I ride) - really good chance that you will be one of them cause I look forward to meeting you too!!!! I included a pic of our bike below,, by the looks of things I will be combining this "junk" 87 into our rider to bring it more life so the pic below is what to look for,,, if you happen to see it with a flat tire on the highway,, or us pushing it to a gas station, or people out in sturgis running from it, or it parked in a Cemetary with a tent beside it, or upside down out in the middle of nowhere PLEASE feel free to stop and say HOWDY!!!!!!!!

According to my wife everything I bring home is junk!!!! I have a 73 Suzuki GT750K that I dragged home a couple years ago that still not finished. But in my defense it wasn't much more then a frame, motor and wheels when I picked it up!!! For some reason the worse the condition and the cheaper it is the more I'm likely to buy it!!!!!
