Hannigan with Wide Whitewalls - Help!!

I ordered my Hannigan Kit this past Saturday. I told them that I want wide whitewall tires. Hannigan says that they have been unable to find them to fit their rims sized 195 / 55 / 16. I guess Hannigan told him that they would Love to find who makes them.

 

I have seen a pic somewhere of a Red / black 2nd Gen Venture with wide whitewalls but I have no idea where. I did save the pic when I found it and I just now emailed it to him. But, I still need to know the tire Manf, etc..

 

I don't even know how to start looking for them.

 

If any of you can offer any help I sure would appreciate it.

I'm using Dunlop Cruisemax rear tire for the front. It is the same size that come with the Venture. 150/90H-15

 

If the guys are talking about white walls for the Venture the only brand that has both front and rear white walls is Dunlop D404. These are not the soft tread tires. They are ok tires. They are not the best. I couldn't find any other manufacturer that carried both size tires. Most of them carried only one. (The front)

 

I used the dunlop because the tread is hard and it wear better in the heat in Texas. The soft tread tires like Metzler wear out too fast in the heat.

 

I used BF Goodrich fRadial for the rear tires. The rim size is Custom Mag Wheels 15x7 with 4x100mm bolt pattern 39mm offset. The tire size is P185/65R 15
