chabicheka Posted March 20, 2014 #28 Posted March 20, 2014 Mike: I'm actually going from an 84 to the 2nd gen so the bags are MUCH bigger.. I do have an 87 I'm rebuilding and was intending to move over to that this summer but I really do like the MM RSV and Abdul made me a good deal.. Thank you ABDUL Wayne Hey....Thank YOU! Couldn't have found a better suitor for my beauty! Its nice to know that its going to good hands, that are going to take good care of her. Loved the bike, but its made for Touring, and i am kind of done with long distance touring, so it is better to pass it on to someone who will use it the way its meant to be used. I intend to use the rocking chair for a while and see what the future holds for me.

SilvrT Posted March 20, 2014 #32 Posted March 20, 2014 Oh and then there's Taranna which is run by ... ahhh ... Chev? Ungh?????:confused07: oh, sorry, that should have been Ford ... as in Rob Ford ... surely EVERYONE in the whole world knows who he is or was my slurred version of Toronto that threw you off
sleepy2 Posted March 20, 2014 #33 Posted March 20, 2014 Welcome to your new bike!!!! I did the second gen in 2012 and don't regret it. Altho the Harley would have been nice BUT like you I prefer drive-shaft and liquid cooling over belt. AND a lot less to pay off ! I have seen it before and you have a nice one there. It looked well maintained. I also STILL have my 87 that I hope to put back on road someday. Doesn't look good right now as working 6 days a week sort of cuts down on available time. Have a few fairings that have to be repaired and get motor running again etc.
Bert2006 Posted March 20, 2014 #34 Posted March 20, 2014 oh, sorry, that should have been Ford ... as in Rob Ford ... surely EVERYONE in the whole world knows who he is or was my slurred version of Toronto that threw you off Got it...

gscbertrand Posted March 20, 2014 #36 Posted March 20, 2014 Me too. As far as I know there are no restriction on motorcycles going either way. From the US or from Canada. Enjoy the new bike.
