Snaggletooth Posted March 17, 2014 #8 Posted March 17, 2014 You got that right. Bought a near basket case '84 back in 2006. Brought back to life and roadworthy condition and still a daily rider today. The folks here are outstanding in every sense of the word. They have been more than just a "bike" support group. They are family. From my Droid wherever I may happen to be at any given moment.
cowpuc Posted March 17, 2014 #9 Posted March 17, 2014 no place any better for advice about bikes:322: I am with ya Blaine!! A more genuine group of fun lovin REAL people you will probably never find on the net, AND WITH REAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE BIKES THEY RIDE!! I might add,, last year I got a tiny little sneak prevue of what probably goes on at a VR maintenance day,, if you want to see something amazing you (and me too,, I still havent made an actual maintenance day,, yet) should try and make one and watch these wrench spinning, V-4 riding rascals in action... Word of warning if you do,,,, dont take the teasing personally,,, if they pick on ya its probably cause they like ya!!! Puc
