Did not make it over to New Foundland but did spent time in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. The Cabot Trail is a MUST. If fact if time permits it would be good to do it twice. Once in each direction. The Hopewell Rocks are worth seeing and we also spent time in the area around Peggy's Cove.. All in all it was a GREAT trip. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We didn't do Newfoundland and we deliberately spent less time in Nova Scotia than I would recommend because we had been there numerous times. KeithR Posted March 16, 2014 Share #6 Posted March 16, 2014 If you plan to travel to the island book your ferry passage early. We always book a cabin if traveling on the night or day crossing.
