alvald83 Posted March 14, 2014 #1 Posted March 14, 2014 I have an engine squeal that squeals only when I am on the throttle. as soon as I let off the throttle it goes away. I am familiar with the speedo squeal and this is not that. This is a constant, as long as I am on the throttle. Any ideas?
rable Posted March 14, 2014 #2 Posted March 14, 2014 I think you are running over that Hogs tail that you are behind:rotf:
Venturous Randy Posted March 14, 2014 #3 Posted March 14, 2014 Could you possibly have an exhaust leak that could be squealing when you give it throttle? RandyA
MiCarl Posted March 14, 2014 #4 Posted March 14, 2014 Possibly a sticking starter clutch. The starter will really sing if the engine is driving it.
Marcarl Posted March 14, 2014 #6 Posted March 14, 2014 Check the air-box, make sure that everything is there and in place and nothing has worked it's way into a carb throat.
