alvald83 Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 I have an engine squeal that squeals only when I am on the throttle. as soon as I let off the throttle it goes away. I am familiar with the speedo squeal and this is not that. This is a constant, as long as I am on the throttle. Any ideas?
rable Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 I think you are running over that Hogs tail that you are behind:rotf:
Venturous Randy Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Could you possibly have an exhaust leak that could be squealing when you give it throttle? RandyA
MiCarl Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Possibly a sticking starter clutch. The starter will really sing if the engine is driving it.
Marcarl Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Check the air-box, make sure that everything is there and in place and nothing has worked it's way into a carb throat.
