rickardracing Posted March 9, 2014 #1 Posted March 9, 2014 My mom passed away this morning at 7:30 am with my dad by her side. I was about 5 minutes too late, but, I am ok with that. I said my good bye a few days ago. It has been a very long two weeks. I want to thank St. Joseph Hospice of Ann Arbor for the wonderful assistance they gave us. They were just a phone call away. I spent a few nights (up all night) tending to her meds while my dad tried to get some rest. My two brothers and sister took turns during the day and night. We really came together. Mom would be proud. She did not suffer, morphine is a wonderful thing. Rest In Peace mom.
