It would take forever to get all of the chrome off that is spoiling the looks .......

sharp ride for sure, but I would have to turn the exhaust tips downward to keep the rain /water out of them and I would think they would go with saddlebag line better and would be in same configuration as the rear turn signal chrome covers.

Yup, That is a Beautiful Bike! Love the color. Only thing I would like is to paint the motor fins the same color as the bike as well,,,but even with out that, I would still ride it! lol,..

I had those same pipes on my 06 TD when I bought it and I HATE THEM !!!! Way too loud and "yappy". I took the off as soon as I could find some HD RK mufflers to replace them with.

Gorgeous, just plain GORGEOUS!! I'd put my sleeping bag next to that on Sturgis Mainstreet ANY TIME!!!! I never personally cared for "fake" pipe tips BUT if they were true 4/4 pipes all the way back - OH YEA!! Next I would have "MY LADY" airbrushed on the tank, I'd than get er a personalized plate with her name on it.... Her and I would become inseparable!! :cool10:

That trim is auto door edge trim. You can get it at any auto parts store.

I agree it would be that much better for me if the chrome was all black instead. But I still love that bike and wouldn't turn it down.
