Eddie Posted February 21, 2014 #1 Posted February 21, 2014 I talked with you guys a few months back about carpal tunnel and had some real hand issues . Well after many test over the last couple months they decided I have Cubital Tunnel Syndrome and Carpal in both hands and elbows. So on Wednesday I had my right Ulnar nerve moved my hand is still numb and they say it can take up to two years to get 80 % of the feeling back . I go get the other elbow done in about a month and the hands might have to wait till after riding season . Big Mike says he is going to put a steering wheel on my RG for me. haha Being a sheet metal man and service tech for 25 plus years sure took a toll on my working hands. Sucks
DragonRider Posted February 21, 2014 #2 Posted February 21, 2014 Sorry to hear your problems were more than CT, hope it goes better than what they say, we will keep you in our prayers for a full and successful recovery.
bill in mn Posted February 21, 2014 #3 Posted February 21, 2014 I just had my left hand done Thursday and will be in a splint / bandage for two weeks. I had Sevier carpel tunnel and I want to fix this before I need the clutch .We just got more sn*w yesterday ( 10" ) and it might be a bit before ridding season. Best of luck with yours. Bill

Carbon_One Posted February 22, 2014 #5 Posted February 22, 2014 My son had both wrists done a couple months ago. He's doing ok now but it took a while to get back to semi normal. Still not 100% but much better then before he had them done. Larry
