No holiday here. Some provinces have a "provincial" holiday but not here in BC. We had our "family day" last Monday.

I think Alberta, Ontairo and Saskatchewan have their family day today.

Manitoba it's Louis Riel day.

No specific "Canada wide" holiday tho.

But thanks for thinking of us :thumbsup2:

You called??

Family Day for us Ontario and Alberta provinces.

As day to, well, do something related to family:stirthepot:.

Mine was a work day, just like every other day that ends with a "y" :confused24:

Happy Presidents Day to all my American friends, Happy Family Day to my Canadian friends that are enjoying it, and Happy Workday to my friends that aren't getting any holiday today! :)

(I gotta say it was a great long weekend with all of the clear skies, the sunshine and the snow melting...)

Uhhhh, last time I checked a globe, Canada is still part of America, North America to be specific!

I just happen to be in Canada today and heard it was a holiday...

Hey, Count:

Every day in WNY ends in "y" also. As in "lazy" day! Especially when you are retired! If it wasn't for the time and date on my cellphone, I wouldn't know one day from the next. :)
