pmelah Posted February 13, 2014 Author #27 Posted February 13, 2014 all are good jobs but they want what i dont have that peice of paper i only have the experiance as for moving i have an older brother up close to madison so that would not be a problem just lacking the degree they want to go with my experiance and i am working on that but on a sad note i got 5 rejection emails yesterday i was not picked oh well and have not heard about the 2nd round of interviews yet to sell direct tv but yes there is always a but... there is a silver lining and a light at the end of the tunnel i have an interview for a truck inspector in the morning and even though i dont have my class a cdl anymore i still know how to inspect a truck like all those dot officers use to do to me never failed and did my own maint. if all goes well its 6 days a week off on sundays its a stepping stone and a good start just have to see and survive untill the 1st 2nd and 3rd :mo money::mo money:paycheck come in
pmelah Posted February 15, 2014 Author #28 Posted February 15, 2014 update i may finally have a job and it could not have come at a better time i have to finish filling out my app but at the initial meeting i was told i pretty much have the job thanks to my 14 yr truck driving career and knowledge of trucks i may finally collect a paycheck again wooo hoooo i should start tuesday and cant wait

pmelah Posted February 18, 2014 Author #35 Posted February 18, 2014 i cant sleep im excited to get back to work i start at 8 am but i will be there at 730 already got my lunch reay for the day to start i will be filling out paperwork direct deposit forms and stuff then its inventory 3 trucks that came in yesterday and 9 today cant wait to get started

The worse thing about going back was listening to everyone whine about their job. It's like DUDE, I hope they lay off from the top down next time and you shall see how it is out there. No one wants to hire you especially when they know your going back when you get called. Nothing will make you miss something more than not having it,.

pmelah Posted March 5, 2014 Author #45 Posted March 5, 2014 now i wont get so sore i got stuck in the office i did so good i got a promotion the 2nd day there and then i got another promotion just this past thursday not even 2 weeks into the job:bighug: it did not come with a pay raise yet but it gets me out of the shop getting greasy and in the office calling customers and working on the computer i managed to get a company phone in the process dam iphone :stirthepot:im an android man :rotf::rotf:now i have to learn this iphone stuff to but its all good first paycheck is fryday and im looking at a mobile home to move in to tomorrow so i can get off the street now i just need to get furiture and a cage to get to work every day when it rains so all is well im moving up the ranks quick from homeless and jobless to homeless and gainfully employed next to be gainfully employed and have a home by the end of the week thanks to every one here for your support and prayers yall helped me get through some tough times as did the man upstairs :bighug:
