I have a 1983 venture. It has been sitting for a few yrs. I have a question about front brakes.

I bleed the front right brake caliper like a normal one should be bleed. What is the piece that a brake line goes to, from the banjo, that is mounted on front lower folks ???

thank you,

It is an anti dive valve. When brakes are applied it stiffens front forks up to slow suspension from collapsing.

They need bled as well.

AD valve sets on leading edge of forks from 83-87. 86-93 have electrice AD valves.

Gary.
