crazygaucho Posted February 1, 2014 Share #6 Posted February 1, 2014 I'd rather give the bike to my son or some one that will enjoyed above ground ........................ but we leave flowers that nobody it's going to smell so in a way this is a lot better. Phoneman1981 Posted February 1, 2014 Share #8 Posted February 1, 2014 Unique idea, but I too would rather leave my bike to someone that could enjoy it as much as I do. Son in law or close non riding friend is my plan. Scatter my ashes along my favorite riding paths.
Trader Posted February 1, 2014 Share #9 Posted February 1, 2014 He's dead. He's not riding.....he's just dead. Same as the ancient Egyptians who had a boat in their pyramid to float them over to the afterworld. How'd they do?
RedRider Posted February 1, 2014 Share #10 Posted February 1, 2014 My bike has never been on a trailer and it (hopefully) never will. However, I don't ride a Harley.
noahzark Posted February 1, 2014 Share #11 Posted February 1, 2014 (edited) He's dead. 1. He's not riding.....he's just dead. Good start. 2. My bike has never been on a trailer and it (hopefully) never will. However, I don't ride a Harley. 3. Wonder if the EPA approved . . . you know, the oil leaks. shuttlebug Posted February 2, 2014 Share #12 Posted February 2, 2014 I'd rather bring bikes back from the dead, not kill them. Give it to some one who'll ride it, so that they will remember you as they ride.

Yama Mama Posted February 2, 2014 Share #15 Posted February 2, 2014 Unique idea, but I too would rather leave my bike to someone that could enjoy it as much as I do. Son in law or close non riding friend is my plan. Scatter my ashes along my favorite riding paths. I was saying the same thing to Ron today. It is okay for the rider, but pretty mean to bury the bike too. I think it would have been a better memorial to the rider, for someone else to maintain his bike. Oh well, RIP!
