stickhandle2 Posted January 28, 2014 #3 Posted January 28, 2014 I think a lot of us are feeling that way.
Yama Mama Posted January 29, 2014 #6 Posted January 29, 2014 Maybe this will warm Bob up................ Just a thought! Yama Mama
uncledj Posted January 29, 2014 #8 Posted January 29, 2014 Tell me about it. 99% of the work I do is on roofs. It gets pretty cold up there; especially when I have to do intricate work where I gotta take the gloves off.
Marcarl Posted January 29, 2014 #9 Posted January 29, 2014 So far so good here,, reminds me of when I grew up,, good cold days, bitter nights, lots of snow, and were ready for spring when we got the January thaw,,,,, haven't seen the thaw just yet,, but we have too much work to do to worry much about it. Wore out 3 drivers so far, they all were told to take a hike, or quit on their own,,,, now we have a good crew, and things go well.... Oh Ya, I plow snow for entertainment.
Yama Mama Posted January 29, 2014 #10 Posted January 29, 2014 Think it's time to head south Yeah, but it is snowing there too! Yama Mama
Flyinfool Posted January 29, 2014 #11 Posted January 29, 2014 But is so much more entertaining watching the amateurs deal with the snow......
steamer Posted January 29, 2014 #12 Posted January 29, 2014 Maybe this will warm Bob up................ Just a thought! Yama Mama I'm all ready fealing warmer.
saddlebum Posted January 29, 2014 #14 Posted January 29, 2014 This is how Bob is feelingAre you sure you are not mistaken ---------That looks more like BIG TOM to me. ........After coming out of Hibernation toooooo early. As for myself I will take this steady dry cold and snow over slushy damp wet winter days any time. And I do work outside, a lot, this time of year, fixing broken down transports. Laying in the snow beats laying in ice cold slush, that soaks through your clothes.
