During the 60's my dad was a cop and had a part time job working at the "Beach Bash" in Grand Haven Mi (held Saturday nights at the Grand Haven Roller Rink) = free entry for family.. They had many many of the popular groups of the time there like the Monkeys, the Archies and on and on... The link you provided brought back many many great memories!!
