baylensman Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 need to tear into this tomorrow early hope some one is on with and answer. 96 RSTD my son blew a radiator hose (he thinks) on his way to Gasparilla tonight. Looking at the diagram all the hose look as if they are the same diameter at either end, so I can probably fix with bulk hose at local parts store right? Any thoughts on what sizes? 5/8 3/4 metric?
djh3 Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 I just had my RSV apart to do the valve check and hoses disconnected. I would say 3/4. but your best bet is to find the leak and pull that hose to be sure.. Depending on which hose it could be a few minute job or a bit more time.

Glad you all got it fixed. no its almost dead center of front head a little more to the left than actual center, turns out he poked a screw driver thru the new one getting the clamp seated so he had do do it all again, That'll learn the young in
