mabeline Posted May 23, 2014 #1201 Posted May 23, 2014 Ya i know, I'll make the pic smaller next time. Carry on !!!
Prairiehammer Posted May 23, 2014 #1202 Posted May 23, 2014 Conrad, why can you not post up a pic for us to guess? Good find, BTW for the MV Agusta prototype and the Snake Motors Teke Teke.
Prairiehammer Posted May 23, 2014 #1203 Posted May 23, 2014 Apparently, Maybeline has passed the baton. I will take it and run with this:
Sylvester Posted May 23, 2014 #1204 Posted May 23, 2014 Now that is different. Have no clue but does grab attention.
hell yea Posted May 24, 2014 Author #1205 Posted May 24, 2014 yes that was a hard one so mabeline hit us with sumthin interesting
Prairiehammer Posted May 24, 2014 #1206 Posted May 24, 2014 Almost twenty-four hours and no guesses? OK, a hint seems to be in order: It is small. As in mini-moto small. Apparently, Maybeline has passed the baton. I will take it and run with this:
Prairiehammer Posted May 25, 2014 #1210 Posted May 25, 2014 (edited) Everything I found says it has a 500cc Kawasaki triple: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_DSxXDMnKcNk/R8-qjeCVmLI/AAAAAAAAATU/b1fkrCh_iN0/s400/mini-bike-500cc-1.jpghttp://1.bp.blogspot.com/_DSxXDMnKcNk/R8-qjuCVmMI/AAAAAAAAATc/eyUgpszINOw/s400/mini-bike-500cc-2.jpghttp://img264.imageshack.us/img264/7591/oldcomputor153fs3.jpg I haven't been able to find out who built it. Perhaps 'Gary aka Triple obsession'? Although it looks like a drag bike, it is used as a pit/tow bike for a REAL drag bike. http://triplescanada.proboards.com/thread/517/pics-race-bikes go hard or go home lol Edited May 25, 2014 by Prairiehammer
Prairiehammer Posted May 25, 2014 #1211 Posted May 25, 2014 Here's a weird bike I've never seen before. It was actually produced:
hell yea Posted May 25, 2014 Author #1212 Posted May 25, 2014 this is were i fond it they calld it a h2 750 but you may be right about it being a 500 lol but still way over the top lol http://motorcyclemaniac.wordpress.com/2012/01/07/memory-lane/
hell yea Posted May 25, 2014 Author #1213 Posted May 25, 2014 "The Gurney ALLIGATOR has a look and riding feel unique and different from anything on the road. Unlike other motorcycles, the rider sits below the top of the tires with feet in a forward position. The fuel tank is mounted below the seat and behind the engine. Gurney originally moved in this design direction because he is tall and many bikes made him feel as if he were pitching forward when going downhill. The Alligator is this concept taken to its logical extreme. What works so well for tall people works equally well for people with shorter legs. They do not have any trouble getting on or off the bike, are no longer worried about falling over at a standstill and being closer to the ground, they feel much more comfortable and safe. This low CG concept has been developed and refined over the years into something quite extraordinary: a motorcycle with a confidence inspiring riding feel, obvious and significant aerodynamic benefits and most of all: a fun factor to match."
Venturous Randy Posted May 25, 2014 #1214 Posted May 25, 2014 Here's a weird bike I've never seen before. It was actually produced: Hey, I could sit flat footed on this thing, but I might not be able to see over the windshield. RandyA

Prairiehammer Posted May 25, 2014 #1221 Posted May 25, 2014 if i had my pick of all the bikes posted hear but could only ride the one i picked. Not sell it our ride another it would have to be the xvz 1200 venture. Sorry but its the best bike pond for pond in the wold and its got plenty of them not that you notice riding it lol wot can i say im in love I've been in love with the Yamaha Venture since my first one in 1985. It was a 1983 Royale. The only thing I missed was the lack of a cruise control on the '83. Toured many miles with that first Royale. Loved it. Loved it even more than the '90, but the '90 was really the ultimate, most comfortable touring bike I've ever had.
Prairiehammer Posted May 25, 2014 #1222 Posted May 25, 2014 did you have one of those as a kid i know i sead it was a fast whit one but i think you answered that one before i posted it lol No I never had one as a kid. If I had, I probably wouldn't be around today to talk about it. Like I said in an earlier post, I've hacked your computer and can see what you are going to post.
