Venturous Randy Posted January 19, 2014 #2 Posted January 19, 2014 Some questions; If you start the bike and leave it running without moving, will the fan eventually turn on?, On the bypass valve that is behind the bottom of the radiator, in what direction is the tops of the letters pointing? If you will answer these questions, it will help. RandyA
friesman Posted January 19, 2014 #3 Posted January 19, 2014 yeah, what randy said,....your water is probably bypassing, that valve has always looked like it was setup backward to me..... Brian

hell yea Posted January 20, 2014 Author #6 Posted January 20, 2014 ok hears a pick of were the valve is will put it in the right position and try aga:fingers-crossed-emone
Venturous Randy Posted January 20, 2014 #7 Posted January 20, 2014 Yeah, you have had it backwards. Also, if you will check the connections on the thermostat housing, you may get the fan working again. I like to have my fan come on as it was designed. When you ran it and it spit out water, what was the gauge reading? RandyA
