GAWildKat Posted December 6, 2013 #7 Posted December 6, 2013 Did you hear the one about the redneck who bought snow tires and when he got them home... They melted!!! Hey now! I resemble that remark! NOT!
RandyR Posted December 6, 2013 #8 Posted December 6, 2013 I think I recall hearing about MC riders in Colorado mounting knobbies that had tungsten studs for winter use.... Then again, I have a creative memory
mini-muffin Posted December 6, 2013 #9 Posted December 6, 2013 So is this the dark side of the dark side? Since darksiders are running car tires and you're asking about winter tires........ I just had to ask. Margaret
EtRider Posted December 6, 2013 #10 Posted December 6, 2013 Anyone gone darkside..... And install winter tires:snow2: I was darkside on my previous bike (Stratoliner), But If I needed a snow tire, then that means there is salt on the highway. Salt = No Bike - until it is washed off in the spring time.
