Sexagenarian Posted November 19, 2013 #1 Posted November 19, 2013 been searching the internet all day looking for an appropriate 2-4 circuit fuse panel to hide behind the RSTD side panel. Anybody got any leads or ideas?
ronjolly Posted November 19, 2013 #2 Posted November 19, 2013 Radio Shack has a 6 fuse box. I had to put mine Over the battery. It holds the fuses for most ov my lites.
dingy Posted November 19, 2013 #3 Posted November 19, 2013 Digikey has a few available. Verify these are correct fuse types you want. http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en/circuit-protection/fuseholders/655422?k=fuse%20block%20atc Gary

djh3 Posted November 19, 2013 #6 Posted November 19, 2013 I used one like this from Autozone. Fit under the seat above the battery and mounted to rear fender splash gaurd thing. Tight fit but works. About $11 http://contentinfo.autozone.com/znetcs/product-info/en/US/bsm/BP-15600-06-2/image/4/
PGunn Posted November 19, 2013 #7 Posted November 19, 2013 (edited) I use marine circuit breakers mounted to a 1/16 aluminum plate mounted where it needs be. I also have them mounted on the inside of the faring coming through using a buss bar setup with one side 10A and the other side 5A. The rubber boots over them keeps them dry. First 2 pictures are the one under the faring with the breakers going through the faring and the last picture is the buss bar under the seat with the breaker mounted through the plastic plate to behind the seat. dna9656 Posted November 24, 2013 #8 Posted November 24, 2013 Wire products.com has a ATO (automotive style) fuse block that you can bring in the fees from one side and out the opposite side or another one that is in/out the back and side. 8 circuits, $14.00 plus 6.50 shipping. they also carry all the different types of ATO breakers you could use instead of fuses...they ain't cheap either.
RedRider Posted November 25, 2013 #9 Posted November 25, 2013 Try this link to Pashnit, http://www.pashnit.com/product/fuzeblocks/index_fuzeblocks.html Not cheap , but looks like a nice unit. +1 on the Fuzeblok. Really nice product with the relay built in. Switched vs. non-switched circuitry is determined by where you place the fuse. Was developed by the late Curt Gran. Made in the USA (at least it was when Curt was making them - assume it still is). http://fuzeblocks.com/ RR
