Carbon_One Posted November 13, 2013 #1 Posted November 13, 2013 Tomorrow I'll be going in as an outpatient to have a Cochlear implant reinstalled. I had it for about a year but had gotten an infection that couldn't be treated so Doc took it out to get rid of the infection. Then had to wait a year to be sure the infection was gone before trying again. I was supposed to have it reinstalled last year but my bike /car accident postponed the operation. While not really looking to go under the knife again I do know that I'll have improved hearing again so it'll be worth the aggravation during the healing process. Hopefully this will be the last time I'll need to do this. Larry

I had a M R I yesterday and got to take home the pictures and scroll through them on my home computer a hour after. I have no idea what I'm looking at except it's my knee.
