Don't know if anyone has posted this before?

 

This is a Canadian company making custom parts for the Spyder and doing custom Trikes.

 

"Vertika Trykes" one of the interesting customs they do is they take a Gold Wing and cross it with a Spyder. I don't really know anything about them but the thing looks awesome! Could almost see me on a trike.

Certainly different than most trikes using the Gold Wing as a base.

Here's a shot from an old Cycle World issue from the 80's. I guess if you really want a trike and haven't got the money you just do what you can with your Wing!

About a month ago I was contemplating turning the '84 into a backwards trike...

3 or 4 years ago I saw this Goldwing at Americade that a major trike builder had a kit to turn a Goldwing into a 4 wheeler. Can't remember the builder's name.

I like these front trikes as they let you lean into a corner. They say they can convert almost anything, but ive never seen a pic of a Goldwing or a Venture as a tilting 3 wheeler. Not being able to lean would probably be the biggest reason that would keep me away from a regular trike.
