My best friend is being rushed into emergency surgery because she's bleeding into her abdomen since at least yesterday. Here's hoping rhe doc fixes her up.

Andi made it through surgery, she had a fibroid tumor the size of a cantaloupe on her ovary. Her OB is amazed she's been walking around with that thing several mons at least. She went to see him yesterday because she hurt, and got admitted for observation. About 20 mins before I posted the doc made the call to operate. She was back in her room about 8pm est, still drugged up and pale from blood loss, but hopefully on the way to recovery. I swear that woman scares me sometimes the way she ignores pain. Thank you to everyone. She's the closest family I have (yeah, we are related) and I worry when she pushes too hard.

I'm at the hospital now. Andi Is resting now but we walked the floor earlier. She's expected to go home tomorrow. I just hope she gives us no more scares for a while.
