Raider58 Posted November 2, 2013 #1 Posted November 2, 2013 Has anyone ever seen one of these and if so who makes it and any other info I can get on it. My venture has this on it when I bought it but have never seen another one like it. Any help would be appreciated.

Raider58 Posted November 2, 2013 Author #3 Posted November 2, 2013 I've got one, too. Steve Wagner, a member here, used to make them, but, no more. Hey thanks, my question is how are they supposed to mount because I just have mine held on with zip ties. Was there supposed to be a mounting system?
Bert2006 Posted November 2, 2013 #4 Posted November 2, 2013 Unfortunately M. Wagner passed away earlier this year. Before that happened i beleive he tried to sell his business. Does anyone know if that happened and if there is a chance that this grill could become available again?
KeithR Posted November 2, 2013 #5 Posted November 2, 2013 That is how they are mounted. A hook on each side and a zip tie around the frame. Keith
Bubber Posted November 2, 2013 #7 Posted November 2, 2013 I've got one, too. Steve Wagner, a member here, used to make them, but, no more. I had heard he was sick but I must have missed that he had died. What a loss to our forum. So sorry to hear we lost a great member such as Steve. God's speed Mr. Wagner
Squidley Posted November 3, 2013 #8 Posted November 3, 2013 Folks, I am fairly certain that Steve Wagner did not pass away. I know he has been having health issues, but I have heard nothing of his passing. If this has happened it is absolute news to me, as we change passed members status from Supporting member to reflect their passing. I'm not positive, but I think he is still with us....

Squidley Posted November 3, 2013 #11 Posted November 3, 2013 Sorry Brad, he HAS "gone on". http://venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?p=792134#post792134 I stand corrected, I didn't realise that there was not a separate thread on his passing. I will get with Don and make his profile reflect his passing on

Freebird Posted November 3, 2013 #13 Posted November 3, 2013 I'm sorry folks. I did know and actually added him to our memorials page right after I learned of it. You will see his picture there if you look. I simply forgot to change his user title. Will certainly make the other change now.
Phoneman1981 Posted November 3, 2013 #14 Posted November 3, 2013 I spoke to Steve when he mentioned selling his Grill business. He indicated none of his family wanted to continue with production. He shot me a price and I gave it some consideration, but decided it was not for me. I was hoping someone else could continue his legacy. I think of Steve everytime I look at my grill!!!!!!!
